Wingnut Solutions, Inc. has just recently acquired Gitano Software's Clarion Third Party Utilities.
3 Mar 2008 Hello all! Myself and my company, Wingnut Solutions Inc, has just recently acquired all of Gitano Software's Third Party Utilities. This includes gCal, gCalc, gNotes, gFileFind, gQ, gSec, gReg, and LGP. Obviously this purchase was a quick decision by me to get involved with the Clarion Third Party market (as you can tell by the time difference between Jesus' announcement and my subsequent purchase :) ). I don't even know the market size here - but figure it was worth a few dollars investment to take a risk. My company and I have been in business for about 5 years, and the main focus has been on software and hardware engineering-consulting, including Windows applications using Clarion and Delphi tools. Personally, I have been developing for over 25 years. This third-party market is a new one for me and I expect it to be a learning experience. I look forward to any others' suggestions that can help me be successful. On that note, a quick update on what is ahead for these fantastic tools...

Feedback: I also want to hear - from you - what is needed to improve these tools.
For the Future: Over the next several days, I hope to get the purchasing and download pages going (clarionshop worthwhile?). The current versions will be available as they are. Jesus also will still have the files available for download on his site for the next few days. As I gather client lists and other information, I will further detail and respond to concerns of existing and future users. If you need to purchase ASAP, contact me and I will get you going. Over the next few weeks, I plan on re-branding these tools and tentatively intend (due to the many versions of Clarion) to sell these as source code products (except gReg - for obvious reasons). I'm also considering just supporting C6 and up. And onward...Basically, new features, styles, and designs as YOU - the users can come up with. I've also purchased Berthume Software's cpTracker Pro - so see some fantastic new features to come out of this as well (including more direct integration to gReg) and an announcement about that acquisition.
For now, please be patient -- and feel free to use the forum or contact me directly with ANY questions or comments.
